Boundaries, Balance & Burnout Prevention & Recovery for Women in Business is an interactive mental health and wellness session facilitated by Angelica Marrufo of Bienestar Counseling & Consulting. This training is designed specifically for women in leadership, entrepreneurship, and other high-pressure roles. We will address the invisible load — the unseen, unacknowledged mental and emotional labor that silently compounds stress, exhaustion, and burnout – both professionally and personally.

Session goals:
• Identify the early signs of burnout that commonly go unnoticed in high-achieving women.
• Understand how guilt, social conditioning, and internalized expectations impact boundary-setting and maintenance.
• Complete an Energy Leak Audit to pinpoint where time, energy, and focus are being depleted.
• Apply the Recognize, Reframe, Reinforce method to establish and uphold effective boundaries without guilt.
• Develop personalized Boundary Scripts to confidently communicate limits in both professional and personal settings.
• Utilize tools like the Eisenhower Matrix and Dimensions of Wellness to prioritize tasks, assess life balance, and create a sustainable work-life strategy. 

Participants will walk away with actionable tools, scripts, and a mini resource toolkit to help them protect their mental health, sustain their energy, and lead with clarity — all while managing the complex demands of work and life.
