Employee Handbook 101
Join the Berwyn Development Corporation and Julie Proscia of Amundsen Davis for a webinar on the Do's and Don'ts of Employee Handbooks!
Employee Handbooks are the documents that set out the rules and expectations for your employees. They may not be glamorous but the policies that they contain create binding contractual terms between a company and its employees. As such, it is important to review your handbook annually to ensure that you update and remove any unneeded and unwanted policies.
During this presentation you will learn:
- which policies you are required to include
- which policies you should include
- and which policies you need to exclude
