Join the BDC as we cover the logistics of hosting and marketing your upcoming event in Berwyn. Whether you're looking to market a fundraiser, festival or promotional business event, there are some basics you should always keep in mind, both logistically and to reach a greater audience. This will be a hands on seminar and you will learn:

- Identifying key information for an effective Media Alert
Event Logistics
- When to request permission from the City of Berwyn or partner venues
- When to notify City departments, Township Public Health District or vendors who will provide services
- Understanding permit and liability insurance requirements
- Reviewing best practices to ensure day of event runs smoothly
This will be a hands-on training and you are
encouraged to bring your laptop or tablet.
A limited supply of laptops will be available.
