Join us for a conversation with Fabiola Zavala, Director, Community Health and Well-Being at MacNeal Hospital and Gottlieb Memorial, Loyola Medicine. She will be joining us to share an overview of the community health needs assessment and implementation plan, how MacNeal is moving forward with community initiatives and a useful platform to identify community resources.
