DESCRIPTION:Would you be interested in learning about fear\, identifying stress response and learning coping strategies? \n \n\nThe BDC would like to invite you to join us for the Women in Business\, on July 16th from 12:00 pm-1:30 pm\, at the BDC office\, with our host Sandra Montes.\n \n\nSandra Montes is a bilingual\, Latina therapist and the owner of In Motion Counseling\, PLLC\, a virtual group practice serving POC women and teens. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her education at Loyola University Chicago.\n \n\nSandra will be using her knowledge to discuss Facing your Fears: We are all afraid of something. Don't let fear hold you back. Join us in this experiential presentation about fear\, the science behind fear\, and how to overcome it. Develop skills to face your fears and live a life happier. \n \n\nThis event will include light refreshment and sandwiches.
